Both sides of the mdf blank can be sublimated on. 

please note the protective film may look dirty due to friction during transportation, please peel off before sublimating.

Manufacturer recommended settings,

Print image in reverse, remove plastic coating from keychain blank, press at 180C for 40 seconds. Plastic coating may look discoloured due to transportation.
